New restaurants you may have missed in 2015

The culinary landscape of Monmouth and Ocean counties expanded in 2015 with the addition of restaurants serving everything from authentic Cuban, Greek and Italian food to Latin fusion, coastal cuisine and specialty coffees with a side of scratch-made cooking.

We checked in with the chefs and owners of some of the Shore’s newest eateries, to see how this past year has treated them and to find out which dishes are flying out of their kitchens.
